Virgo: Goddess of Truth and Creation

As I write in late February we approach a powerful full moon in Virgo on February 27, 2021. We also have the energies of the Aquarius Stellium as well as the first of three Saturn square Uranus events in 2021. I discuss the potential meanings of these astrological alignments in the broadcast linked above.

I got the nudge to share in this blog post more information about the nature of transformation that we are experiencing in 2021. There are several themes that we've likely felt at the start of this year that will be continuing throughout 2021. I outline four below:

1) Staying Present - 
Now more than ever we are invited and gently (or not so gently) encouraged to stay present. This means not running off into the future, as might be an old habit that is ready for upgrade. Consider that every time we run off into the future not only do we leave behind the power of our creativity in the present moment, but we actually limit our potential by painting a picture with tools that are soon to be outdated and upgraded. There is SO MUCH potential for expansion, we haven't even scratched the surface of a vast new way of being in the world and with each other. The analogy here is drawing a future vision with crayons, which is quite beautiful to behold... not even knowing that watercolor painting exists and can be used to blend and add layers and dimensions of experience. 

2) Time Line Shifts - 
Have you felt things slow down to a seeming stop, only to speed up and happen immediately? As we step off of the track of linear time, we come to realize time as a construct is both circular and happens in packets. I say time is a construct because it is simply a way to thinking about and experiencing the world. A hummingbird likely does not experience time in the same way that we do, nor does our dog or a new born infant. We've been conditioned to experience time as linear, when it is potentially so much more. I will discuss time in packets and circles in an upcoming Conscious Co-Creation gathering on March 3, 2021. 3) Connecting to Earth -
Now more than ever are feeling the call to return to right relations with our mother earth. The natural events that have taken place in the past year might seem scary or cataclysmic, they are actually our earth rebalancing herself. She seeks tone able to support life, she has been and will continue to give us signs to readjust our lifestyle and values towards all life. It occurs to me as I write this that humanity is Miley so far off course that we might not even know what to do or how to change to get back to right relations with her and all of life. Mother Earth is offering a simple practice that will bring about profound shifts: stay close to the land (her skin), connect with the plants and animals (her children), take in deep breaths of fresh air (her breath of life), drink and enjoy her pure waters. 

4) Harnessing the Power of Our Consciousness -
This has been a theme through 2020, and in 2021 we are invited to step fully into what we understand about our own innate power to create worlds. We are at the same time invited to open to learn and expand and grow in ways we never thought possible. Put simply our constant attention to the vibration we are offering.
