This New Moon in Sagittarius has us feeling inspired to shift, expand and explore!

In this broadcast I discuss the need for recognizing and moving out our of smallness and into being big and bright. The massage that come through most strongly for me was this: YOU CAN DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY!

Wow, such an empowering "nudge" from the Universe. 

We spend time in a shamanic drumming meditation that I invite you to use again and again to keep moving through what no longer serves. The drum itself is alive and has been crafted and cared for with love. Hopefully you can hear its resonance and willingness to heal and clear you with not only the rhythms but also the energy of the sounds it creates.  

It is interesting to note that in ancient shamanic drumming traditions they held that the drum, like all our relations, is alive, and it is trying to tell us something. As such they taught those using the drum as well as this receiving the energy of the drum to listen very carefully to the sound of the drum.

According to Rowland Barkley: The drum is the principal vehicle the shaman rides across the dimensions. 

There are many existing theories as to how the Shamanic Drum alters consciousness: 
*    Association with the mother's heartbeat in the womb
This theory would suggest the instinctive mind has the archetype triggered of the journey in the womb towards life, and the lighted spaces within the Labyrinth in which we journey are morphologically similar to lifetimes and the learnings of each.
*    High component of Delta brain frequencies
The Delta brain frequencies are between ½ Hz to 4Hz, and commonly occur during deep hypnosis accompanied by strong visualizations, and various other deep states of consciousness, including Superlearning states, where music is played at 1Hz to enhance learning,. The rhythm of the shamanic drum is within this frequency, and a good shamanic drum also emits a high component of such frequencies. Such frequencies are not in the theoretical range of human hearing, but they do have many strong effects upon the human body.
*    Drowning out regular senses by overloading
The “rational” self is a web of almost unlimited fixed ideas that bear little relationship to present reality. So some means of drowning this out can be vital to explore different and more useful ideas. A monotonous drum beat can be very effective for this.
*    Resonance with electromagnetic pulses of the Earth
Each lightning strike reverberates around the Earth several times, and in every instant, lightning is always striking somewhere. This is a continual resonance, and a skilled Shamanic drummer will easily beat exactly in time to this rhythm.

This Saggitarius season is a time for learning... developing one's spiritual path... and deepening one's soul journey in this lifetime. These Sagittarius energies taken together with the new moon energies are times for learning to "see" and "be" and exist in new ways. 11/19/19 such a lovely convergence of numbers. We are reminded where we've been and where we are headed. 11.19 is a magical combination, as it signals to the universe that we are open, and wiling to progress. Also that we are standing on solid ground. Unique in that we are not hopping on a spaceship to leave this world but we are still ablate be connected to our guides and loads one and continue to explore the many facets and talents of being human. 

Number 11 is a spiritual number, balancing the intuitive qualities of the Goddess with the leadership and creative qualities of the God. Here we see the goddess & la luna commune with the support of the sun of the underworld. We are supported here in being both spiritually sensitive and charismatic, cooperative and independent. 

Number 19 is both a starter and a finisher. It's self-determined, primarily focused on itself, it is also expansive as it always seeks to create better futures. The 19 can be seen to contain the entire field of root numbers, including zero (because 1 and 9 = 10). .so it IS all encompassing! No wonder all the ego wobbles of getting our sovereignty right that in balance :) Number 19 is associated with both ego and all of humanity, giving it uncanny power to influence life events.

I can't wait to share with you all about the Ark of the Covenant: This esoteric form was seen to ground down the most essential part of human nature with spirit. As I have come to understand it, the Ark is a personal portal and Soul's Rite of Passage. 

We are invited to come to understand that we have inherited and we already are a literal “Ark” - be it a boat or a box - is just a symbol, a myth. The real meaning is far more important and far more mysterious.

The Ark of the Covenant is literally your own soul's contact with this journey in this lifetime. You can access this via multiple ways.. there are those who can do reading for you.. (haha! I'm one!) but more than simply doing a reading for you I want you to step into your own power.. and understanding that you are here to realize and shift and move... Because you are choosing that path. It's super simple... it's not a chain or a thing beyond you.. its just literally you being and doing... omg YOU :)

It is a magical time on our planet! This broadcast provides an overview of the meaning of number 11 and the 11 11 portal, as well as how it links up uniquely with the astrological aspects going on in 2019. Briefly: 11 is a master number, and it is the seed of the three other master numbers. It encourages us to see beyond the 3d world, and connect with our own higher wisdom as well as our guides spirits and loved ones who are able to exist beyond the confines of our physical world. Such a cool time to be alive!

Many call November 11 or 11/11 a Portal or a Stargate... I see these times as places ad spaces where more light and love and upgrades can some through to earth. It is simply a matter of alignment, much like we wait for thing in the physical world to "line up" so that the energy can flow freely and abundantly; here there is an alignment that the cosmos presents to us, so that energy can flow freely. Caveat that the healing and upgrading impact is multiplied x1000s simply by our consciously connecting to it. SO this is not something that every human being will attune too. It is a gift for those who have eyes to see. In the broadcast I offer a mediation practice to do just this, as well as to clear (see below). 

​We also have Mercury in retrograde conjunct the Sun in Scorpio on 11/11 and a full moon in Taurus on 11/12. Briefly: Mercury retrograde is hardly scary or bad, its just an opportunity tr review or realignment. For those who need  big realignment it can feel harsh.. but for most of us.. its subtle and can be quite fun! Not only do we have Mercury retrograde but we have our Sun in the sign of Scorpio conjunct Mercury in Retrograde.. So our external self (the Sun) is being called to task in our internal and underground world (Scorpio) together with the planet of communication & conscious mind (Mercury) in a state of review and revision. This is just the beginning, I hope that you dive deep with the mediation in the podcast.. as I saw SO MUCH LIGHT coming through on our planet during this recording.
