This broadcast encapsulates the beauteous energies of balance, love, affection, pleasure, romance, beauty and values.

We are in a very special Libra Season.

​Not only our sun, but our Moon & Saturn, the South Node of the moon, the asteroids Chiron & Lilith are all gathering to support this beautiful beneficent Venusian Goddess in rebalancing energies. I offer a drumming and toning practice as a mediation. ​

September 23rd 2019 marks the Autumnal Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere and the Vernal Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere. Regardless of where you are on our planet on this day, you will experience equal amounts of light and darkness... you will experience Balance. Balance of not only light and dark, but also masculine and feminine, outward and inward, sun and moon energies.

The equinox was a marker that many ancient monuments were built upon. Wether its the temple of Karnak in Egypt, Stonehenge, Chichen Itza or Much Pichu.. all of these places have alignments such that the sun rise and sets in a very specific position that is marked within the monument itself on this day. This tells us that there is profound energy available for centering, balancing, and aligning our own energy bodies at this time. 

I felt the nudge from spirit to offer a vocal toning activation in this broadcast. (Remember that it does not matter when you listen to this.. it might be far beyond September 23, the balancing energies are captured in the recording :) .. back to vocal toning.. as I felt within the collective that we have a huge wound to heal around us remembering the power of everything we speak, as well as us speaking and toning with natural empowerment. 

I share a bit of my own story taking a singing class as an undergraduate at Stanford University in the broadcast, and use that as a venue to remind us the we are ALL born with vocal cords. In the very same way that we are all born "wired to use energy to heal".. we are all born able to use sound to create. 

​I use the tones mmhmm, ohm and ahh in the broadcast for specific purposes. 

Mmhmmm is a basic tone. We can all "hum" :) and I offer it as a way to experience sending healing and rebalancing energy to your own body. Not only to send it but to allow yourself to open up to feeling this "humming energy" within you and to receive it. 

Ohm is a primordial seed syllable. While there are several seed syllables, each is just one syllable. Ohm is the "mother" of them all as it connects us instantaneously to universal consciousness. I offer this tone to support us in remembering that we are always connected to everyone and everything. 

Ahhh is the tone fo the heart chakra. We use this tone to expand the light and field of our heart and to send healing to our mother earth. InJoy!

Things are speeding up .. and coming up.. because it is time to transform, transmute and actively shift energy and Karma. 

We have a full moon Friday September 13 at 9.23pm pacific time.. this moon is traditionally known as the harvest moon.. I got the nudge today to term it the Karmic Moon. Karma is just that, we reap every single energetic impulse that we sow. The energies of this full moon are this realization on so many levels, and dimensions. We are that powerful.

​In the broadcast I talk about the juxtaposition of Luna/Neptunian inner voice energies with Solar/Mars action energies. We have a T-square with Jupiter in Sagittarius which is literally placing a magnifying glass on our tendencies and proclivities to sway between these two almost nodal energies. Luna right now is calling us inward and onward, Sun is addressing what's happening now and encouraging us with our to-do list. Both in balance. The message is to witness and find your own balance here. 

Also to know that you are oh so powerful. That Saturn in the South Node in Capricorn are supporting 'Deep Karma'. As in deep karmic release and realignment. In the broadcast we revisit the importance of remembering that the universe is looking to us as to what today and tomorrow will hold. Every single moment of the day we are sending out signals. Now is the time to truly harness that power. Our planet needs us to remember, our families and our communities need us to remember. How to consciously create in every moment of our day. 

I offer a lunar meditation to support us in revisioning those aspects of our consciousness that we realize, under the guidance of this full moon, are ready for release and revisioning/rewriting.

The Amazon fires are a symbol of the state of our collective consciousness: namely that we have some practices and values that are ready for release and upgrade! As our earth is in the process of rebalancing herself (as in bringing herself back into proper balance) she is likely going to point us in the direction of things that need healing. Here we see the lungs of our planet are burning.. the metaphor that translates is that our collective consciousness is literally burning its own lungs with our choices and behaviors. 

What to do? Join me in sending healing to our Mother Earth as well as to the Amazon. Now is such a potent time to be able to hold space for transmutation and healing. Moreover, now is THE PERFECT time to step up and step into our natural role and abilities as healers. I offer that you have the ability to send this healing energy to our planet every moment of every day and invite you to do just that.
