We have a Super New Moon (= extra strong seeding energy) in the intuitive and sensitive sign of Pisces on February 19th at 11:05pm pacific time. This new moon ushers in the first of three major shifts in planetary energy in 2023, as this new moon is energetically/cyclically connected to the forthcoming full moon on March 7/8th. It just so happens that Saturn will move into Pisces on March 7/8th time as well!
This new moon is the 4th of 5 new moons at 1 degree of their sign. This rare occurrence points us to the powerful sequence of "Super Seeding Cycles" that we are moving through. It hints that by the time we get to the next new moon (the 5th of 5 Super Seeding Cycles), we will have honed our vision into something that is ready to take shape in the 3d world.
Flower of Life
The flower of life is an ancient geometric symbol containing 19 overlapping circles contained within one unifying circle. The overlapping circles in the flower of life intersect to form the appearance of flower petals, thus the name flower of life. The Flower of Life dates as far back as 645 BC, where it was discovered carved in the Assyrian Palace of King Ashurbanipal, (known as the last great king of Assyria). It was also found in the Ancient Egyptian temple of Osiris, and is said to contain a “”secret code”” that underpins the basic building blocks of the universe (and life as we know it). The flower of life represents the universe, and each of the circles represents a part of the world. It is a circle, which itself contains several spheres of the same size and connected by their center. When we look at this figure, we have the impression that we see flowers, whereas, in reality, they are circles. Many cultures and civilizations around the world consider the flower of life motif to be very powerful since the dawn of time. Also, the flower of life brings together all the essential elements to the construction of the universe and is widely considered as the basis of all forms of life. The flower of life is used in religious or meditation spaces. Studying the meaning of the flower of life would make it easier to concentrate. The video below by James Ross Godbe, author of "Stillpoint: the Geometry of Consciousness" James provides a mathematical proof and demonstration the relationship between the moon, the earth, and the flower of life.
Goddess Selena or Selene
Selena, the White Moon, is not a planet in astrology but a certain “virtual point” associated with the Moon’s orbit, the point of the orbit closest to Earth, which is called perigee. It is interesting to note that Selene was the Titan goddess of the moon. She was depicted as a woman riding sidesaddle on a horse or driving a chariot drawn by a pair of winged steeds. To the greeks and romans she was the only moon goddess to be considered the "human embodiment of the moon" Selena/Selene in astrology is associated with our guardian angels, pure love, and collective consciousness. Because she is connected to the energy of the collective, we can experience both protection & blessing for the things we can do for the collective. Selena's question for us now is: How can we contribute? If you feel called for support and guidance with your journey in 2023, I am offering a new coaching course: Muse Manifestation. On February 5th 2023 we have an absolutely beautiful full moon in the noble and loving sign of Leo. I discuss in the podcast that the astrology and energetics surrounding this full moon are quintessentially perfect to prepare us for the miraculous shifts to come in 2023. Some of the highlights include Pluto conjunct Altair and Mercury, which are excellent for seeing beneath the surface of the physical/3d world as well as holding the highest vision and version of reality in our minds eye.
When we can see clearly we are empowered to shift and move so as to continue optimally on our journey. As I like to say, clarity is everything!! The Mercury, Altair, Pluto conjunctions are absolutely supporting clarity. We also have Pluto conjunct Waldemath, also known as "Dark Moon Lilith." Waldemath, is an unproven second satellite of the earth, is technically very different from Black Moon Lilith and asteroid Lilith. However all of these celestial phenomena carry an energetic relationship with Goddess Lilith. Lilith has been discussed and debated at length by Jewish scholars and community members. While her name is not included in the creation story of the Torah, she appears in several Midrashic Texts. According to Jewish folklore legends, she was the first woman ever created. She and Adam came into existence at exactly the same time, both being shaped from the soil of the Earth. In contrast Eve, in the familiar story of Adam and Eve, who came into existence after Adam, as she was created from his rib. What's more interesting is how this first woman (I offer in the podcast that she is the embodiment of divine feminine energy) who came into existence at the same time as the first man (Adam embodying the divine masculine), turned into a baby eating demon. We might imagine the story tellers (at least the ones we are commonly aware of today) fashioning her in the way that suited their views and objectives. Surely there were other stories, which might have been conveniently forgotten. I have no proof of the above statement. I only offer that the reader should check in with how it feels to have the first woman, created in sync with the first man, become a monster to be feared, judged and either controlled or destroyed. The best part about this full moon is that we are basking in the noble fixed masculine feline energy of Leo while Pluto and Lilith are uniting to support us in remembering and embodying the divine feminine. I offer in the meditation for this full moon that they are equally and perfectly reminding us of our own inherently harmoniously balanced divine masculine and divine feminine energies.I hope that you enjoy the podcast! |
