Heart Center Activation
This activation is an energetic practice and meditation to support your understanding and fully embodying the most powerful part of of your physical and energetic body: your heart and your heart center. This practice nourishes your beautiful heart light and supports you in building awareness and strength in your energetic heart center.
We will invoke a Markaba as part of our practice.
“Merkaba” is a Zulu word which means a space/time/dimension vehicle. It is also spelled Merkabah, and in Hebrew it is the divine light vehicle allegedly used by ascended masters to connect with and reach those in tune with the higher realms. "Mer" means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body. Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit/body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of light, (wheels within wheels), spirals of energy as in DNA, which transports spirit/body from one dimension to another.
This activation is a process of consciousness evolution that transpires one to transcend from the third-dimensional world into higher dimensions. Enjoy!

Global Healing Practice:
Heart Light & Healing Mother Earth
This Global Healing Practice supports us using our Heart Center, or Heart Chakra.. Specifically the Light within and from our heart center as a source of healing. We are SO powerful in this regard!
First, we will remember that our heart center IS our power center.
Next we will connect to the light that exists within the heart and practicing amplifying and expanding this light.
All of this is a matter of us harnessing the power of our consciousness, and this is often a matter of practice for us to "believe" in our own personal power... We've been taught many things that can serve as crutches or false supports for us to remain less than fully sovereign and powerful. This practice will support the release of these limiting energies, so as to upgrade into full power.
The last step is to prating sending our heart light around the world... across time and space. In my Reiki Level 2 classes we understand this as "Astral Travel", here we simply practice stepping into the belief and experience of sending energy as a form of consciousness across time and space.
